
No. 17 Women's Golf signs Thailand's Thitapa Pakdeesettakul

KENT, Ohio – The 17th-ranked Kent State Women's Golf Team announced the signing of Thailand's National Junior Team member Thitapa Pakdeesettakul to a national letter of intent on Thursday.
"We are excited to have Thitapa joining us next fall," said Kent State Women's Golf head coach Greg Robertson. "She will be a great addition to the team and brings a wealth of experience and success at the international level."
Pakdeesettakul joins the Golden Flashes with an impressive resume that includes a second-place finish at the Southeast Asian Games, a sixth at the Santi Cup, and a tie for 16th at the IMG Junior World. She joins a recruiting class that includes France's Chloe Salort, who signed to play for the Golden Flashes on Wednesday.
"With Thitapa's commitment and dedication to golf and academics, we believe she will absolutely excel in our program. Plus, she's going to be a great teammate over the next four years with her wonderful attitude and personality. After adding Thitapa and Chloe Salort in this early signing period, the future of Kent State Women's Golf is looking bright."
