
Kent State Places Three on Women’s Golf Academic All-MAC Team

CLEVELAND, Ohio- Three Kent State women's golf student-athletes earned Women's Golf Academic  All-MAC honors, as the Mid-American Conference recognized a total of 38 student-athletes for their successes in the classroom and in competition on Thursday.
Pimnipa Panthong and Karoline Stormo are first time recipients of the Academic All-MAC honor, while Michaela Finn earned her second. Â
The Academic All-MAC honor is for a student-athlete who has excelled in athletics and academics. To qualify, a student-athlete must have at least a 3.20 cumulative GPA and have participated in at least 50 percent of the contests for that particular sport.
