
Flashes Basketball Programs Host Battle of the Blue and Gold

KENT, Ohio – The Kent State men's and women's basketball teams will hold the Battle of the Blue and Gold scrimmage inside the M.A.C. Center on Friday, Nov. 5, at 5:30 p.m.
The event will feature 5-on-5 scrimmages from both teams, a joint three-point contest and a dunk contest to finish off the night.
All fans are welcome to join us to get a first look at the 2021-22 basketball programs. Doors will open at 5 p.m., and visitors are encouraged to park in front in the student center lot and enter through the front doors of the M.A.C. Center.
The Golden Flashes Club Donor Lounge will be open to donors who have made gifts of $100 or more for snacks and light refreshments. No RSVP required but please email thegoldenflashesclub@kent.edu if you have any questions or need accommodations to participate in the event. To donate visit here.

The basketball season will tip-off inside the MACC on Sunday, Nov. 14, at 2 p.m. with women's basketball hosting Saint Francis (Pa.). The men's basketball team will open their season at home on Tuesday, Nov. 16, against Oberlin College.
