Wolford named MAC Offensive Player of the Week for the second week

CLEVELAND, Ohio - The Mid-American Conference announced the Player of the Week awards this afternoon.

Jackie Wolford was named MAC Offensive Player of the Week for the second week in a row.

Wolford continued her offensive force this weekend for the Flashes. Against Longwood on Thursday, Wolford recorded a season high of six draw controls in the second half of the game to clinch the win. Securing three goals on Thursday and five goals on Saturday against Bucknell, Wolford has recorded six straight hat tricks this season. On Saturday, she made a season high of eight shots on goal, two assists, and seven points. Wolford currently leads the MAC in points per game (4.22) and shots per game (8.22).
