2009 Junior Season
Played in all 12 games, making five starts…made 21 total tackles including 12 solo and six for loss…had a career-high four stops at Baylor Oct. 3…finished with 3.5 sacks for 26 yards…made three tackles against both Bowling Green Oct. 10 and Buffalo Nov. 27.
2008 Sophomore Season
Played in 11 games on the defensive line during his inaugural campaign with the Golden Flashes…compiled three stops…recorded a season-high two tackles Aug. 30 versus Boston College.
Prior To Kent State
Played at Citrus College in Los Angeles in 2007, recording 30 tackles (13 solo), 5.5 TFL, 3.0 sacks and one forced fumble…coached by Kevin Emerson…attended Buffalo for one year, but did not see action…dominating defensive end at Cathedral Prep where he helped team to a 10-2 record as a senior…had 20 tackles for loss, 10 sacks, two pass breakups and 75 total tackles while earning en route to earning second-team all-state honors…served as team captain…honorable mention all-state as a junior…first-team all-region and all-metro as a senior and junior…garnered second team all-metro honors as a sophomore…led squad to berth in Western region semifinal…coached by Don Hall.
