KENT, Ohio –– Kent State Athletics had another record-setting semester as the student-athletes recorded the highest term grade-point average (GPA) in department history with an impressive 3.396 mark during the Spring 2025 semester. The Golden Flashes' cumulative 3.399 GPA is the highest on record. Additionally, multiple teams set program records and achieved remarkable academic milestones.
KENT, Ohio –– Kent State Athletics achieved its highest-ever Academic Progress Rate (APR), setting a new department record with a single-year APR of 994 for the 2023-24 academic year.
