The U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) announced the NCAA Division 1 Indoor Preseason Poll on Tuesday, January 6th, which has Kent State's women's track and field team ranked 23rd in the country.
The Golden Flashes are the lone Mid-American Conference team picked to finish in the top-25 in both the women's and the men's rankings.
Individually ranked in the preseason poll were Dior Delophont, Morgan Estes, Jackie Leppelmeier and Danniel Thomas.
Delophont is ranked eighth in the high jump (1.84m | 6' 1.5") and tied for 10th in the triple jump (12.86m | 42' 2.25").
