Kent State's weekly "FlashTalk" radio show will have a new home this week.
Flashtalk will be moving to downtown Kent at Tree City Coffee. The show can be heard Thursdays from 12-1 p.m. on the Golden Flashes iHeart Radio channel and then replayed Thursday nights at 6 p.m. on flagship station 640 WHLO. The show features various Kent State head coaches including Paul Haynes, Rob Senderoff and Todd Starkey. FlashTalk is also frequented by KSU student-athletes throughout its September-March run.
The new location aims to provide more access and interaction for Golden Flashes fans as well. The roundtable discussion format will get fans up close and personal with their favorite Kent State personalities. Fans and listeners will have the opportunity to ask questions in person or online as well.
Hosted by Ty Linder, Dave Carducci and Jacob Pavilack, FlashTalk will debut at its new location Thursday, Nov. 10. A full remaining schedule of the show for the 2016-2017 championship season is below.
