EUGENE, Oregon- Kent State's Jesse Oxley finished in a tie for 12th place in the men's pole vault on the first day of the 2016 NCAA National Track and Field Championship at the University of Oregon.
With his 12th place finish, Oxley becomes the first All-American in the pole vault in Kent State men's track and field program history.
