Delpech Named All-West Region Second Team

GILBERT, Ariz. - Kent State University senior Ines Delpech has earned Longstreth/National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) All-West Region Second Team honors, as announced Monday.
Delpech adds another honor to a decorated senior campaign. She was previously named an All-MAC First Team honoree as a candidate for Player of the Year. She earned three MAC Defensive Player of the Week honors and was a member of the All-MAC Team. After the season, Delpech was selected to compete in the NFHCA Senior All-Star Game.
Delpech led the Kent State defense with a team-high 1,329 minutes played. She led the Flashes and ranked third in the MAC with 76 shots taken, four per match. She was second among Flashes in goals scored at six, along with two defensive saves. On the season, Delpech led the Flashes to five shutouts.
