Hall Works Out for Brooklyn Nets

KENT, Ohio - The summer rolls on for Kent State hoops alum Jimmy Hall, who worked out for the Brooklyn Nets Monday, as reported by Basketball Insiders.Â
The Brooklyn Nets hold the 22nd, 27th and 57th pick in the June 22nd NBA Draft. Hall worked out alongside professional prospects Jawun Evans of Oklahoma State, Dillon Brooks of Oregon, Amile Jefferson of Duke, Erik McCree of Louisiana Tech and Derrick White of Colorado.Â
Hall finished his collegiate career with one of the greatest seasons in Kent State history. He scored more total points then any other Flash before him and led the team to a MAC Championship and NCAA Tournament berth. Since then, Hall has had a high-profile summer, highlighted by his strong play in the Portsmouth Invitational Tournament. Over three games against top aspiring professionals, Hall averaged 14.7 points and 6.7 rebounds per game. He shot 54.3 percent from the floor during his time there.Â
