Kent State to Host Coaches Clinic

The Kent State wrestling staff will be hosting a Coaches Clinic Oct. 14-15 at the M.A.C. Center.  For a registration flyer click here.

The clinic will provide three high school and junior high coaching certifications that are mandatory to renew every year or three years depending on the certification.

Certifications:

 1^st -CPR First Aid is required every year by high school wrestling coaches\

2^nd-Ohio High School Wrestling  Referee Rules interpretation

3^rd – Pupil Activity Coaches Permit/Coaches First Aid. Which needs to be renewed every 3 years.  

Elite coaching instruction and training techniques will also be provided.  An open KSU Wrestling practice will be held followed with a strength  and conditioning  question/answer session.
