Kent State in the Hunt Through Two at Lady Buckeye Invite

Columbus, OH... With the first two rounds of this year's Lady Buckeye Invitational in the books, the Kent State women's golf team will be in search of a strong finish on Sunday, as they closed out the second of three rounds in a tie for eighth.
The Flashes were led on Saturday by Berta Sanchez who sits just one stroke above par in a tie for 22nd, and was one of three members of the lineup in the top 25, joined by Leon Takagi and Hester Sicking.
The hosts, and lone ranked team at this event in #25 Ohio State will lead the pack when play resumes on Sunday, sitting 18 strokes under par and seven clear of the next closest team in Michigan State.
The Flashes will be paired with Purdue and Wisconsin for the final round with an 8:30 ET shotgun start.
