Kent State Baseball Announces 2025 Home Game Promotions

KENT- The Kent State Golden Flashes Baseball team has announced its promotional schedule for an action-packed 2025 home season.
The home schedule features 25 opportunities to come on out to beautiful Schoonover Stadium and watch the Flashes.
New in 2025 come on out to the ballpark at 12 select home games and receive an exclusive trading card featuring one of the 12 members of the senior class. 150 of each card will be available at their respective game.
Mercyhurst: Home Opener (Mar. 4)
The 2025 Kent State Baseball home campaign kicks off with our home opener against the Mercyhurst Lakers. Get your first look at the 2025 Golden Flashes and fans will receive a 2025 Schedule poster.
Northern Illinois: Opening Weekend (Mar. 3-7)
The Kent State Baseball team opens conference play with a three-game set against the Northern Illinois Huskies.
Giveaways
Friday- Trading Card number one.
Saturday- Trading Card number two.
Sunday- Trading Card number three.
Hofstra: St Patrick's Day Weekend (Mar. 14-16)
As we approach St. Patrick's Day, we encourage all fans to come out to Schoonover and join us for a fun weekend of themed activities.
Giveaways
Saturday- Pint Glass Mugs for the first 200 fans.
Sunday- Trading card number four.
Oregon: Mar. (25-26)
Flash Nation we need your help to pack Schoony as we host the Ducks in a rematch of the 2012 NCAA Super Regional that sent Kent State to Omaha.
Tuesday- First 500 fans through the gate will receive a Kent State Baseball pennant.
Wednesday- The Flashes will honor their most valuable professors as part of Faculty/Staff Appreciation Day.
Toledo: Youth Sports Weekend (Mar. 28-30)
Calling on all future Kent State Golden Flashes. We invite you to join us for Youth Sports Weekend, presented by Ohio's 529 College Savings Plan. Kids are invited to run the bases following the game on Saturday and Sunday.

Friday- Kent State Laundry Baskets.
Saturday- Mini Kent State Wooden Bats will be available for the first 200 fans.
Sunday- Trading card number five.
Pitt: Black Squirrel Night (Apr. 15)
Kent State Baseball will be partnering with Kent, Ohio staple Water Street Tavern for "Black Squirrel Night" featuring the University of Pittsburgh and the Tree City Black Squir…we mean the Golden Flashes. The first 300 fans through the gate will receive a Tree City Black Squirrels T-Shirt.
Ohio: Hometown Heroes Weekend (Apr. 17-19)
Join Kent State Baseball as we dedicate this series to the heroes who serve our community and country.
Thursday – Mark your Calendars for Kent State Baseball's annual Military Appreciation Night. All current or former active-duty members will get in for a discounted rate.
Friday – Join us for Health Care Appreciation Day. All current healthcare workers will get in for a discounted rate.
Saturday – Hometown Heroes Weekend wraps up with First Responders Appreciation Day. All Kent area first responders will get in for a discounted rate.
Youngstown State: White Out (Mar. 23)
Fans are encouraged to wear white to participate in the white out of Schoonover Stadium. Trading Card number nine will be given away to the first fans through the gate.
Akron: Alumni Weekend (Apr. 25-27)
Friday: We need Flash Nation to pack Schoonover Stadium as we host the rival Akron Zips. We are encouraging all fans in attendance to wear their gold as part of a Gold Out. Gold Rally Towels will be available while supplies last.
Saturday: Fans join us on Saturday for a special Thurman Munson recognition in the third base tent. An Associate Head Coach Mike Birkbeck trading card will be available for the first 500 fans through the gates.
Sunday: Get to Schoonover Stadium early as the first 500 fans through the gate will receive a trading card of head coach Jeff Duncan.
Pitt Johnstown: Jersey Night (Apr. 29)
Flash Nation come on out to the ballpark wearing your favorite sports jersey for jersey night. Our favorite jerseys will be featured on the Kent State Baseball social medias.Â
Western Michigan: Senior Weekend (May 9-11)
As we host Western Michigan, we will be recognizing our graduating seniors as well as all the passionate KSU fans who make Schoonover the best college baseball environment in the MAC.
Friday- On behalf of Kent State baseball, we invite you to start your weekend at Schoonover Stadium! Be Sure to arrive early and join our seniors for a special on-field graduation ceremony. Trading card number ten available.
Saturday- Fans who get to the stadium early will be treated to trading card number eleven.
Sunday- In home conference game of the season, Kent State baseball will be recognizing our 2025 senior class! Be sure to arrive early to join us for a special pregame senior ceremony. Last but certainty not least trading card twelve will be available.
Wright State: Navy Out (May 13)
In our final game of the season, Kent State Baseball invites you to come out to the ballpark in your Kent State blue as part of a navy out.
