HIGH SCHOOL CAREER: Graduated from North Hills High School in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 1983…Lettered eight times, three each in basketball and volleyball and twice in softball as a prep…Named “Outstanding Female Athlete” as a senior…A two-time selection to the Pittsburgh Press and Pittsburgh Post Gazette All-Section Teams and a member of the Press’ “Terrific Twenty”…Played in three all-star games as a senior and received the U.S. Army Reserve National Scholar/Athlete Award…KSU CAREER: Earned four Varsity “K’s” as a member of the Lady Flashes’ basketball team…Named Mid-American Conference “Freshman of the Year” in 1984…Three time All-MAC selection (Honorable Mention 1983-84, Second Team 1985-86 and 1986-87)…Three times chosen MAC “Player of the Week”…Team captain for three seasons…Team MVP in her junior and senior seasons…Led team in scoring four times (the only player, other than Hall of Famer Bonnie Beachy, to accomplish that feat) and in rebounding three times…Concluded her career as Kent’s leading rebounder, with 870, and second leading scorer, with 1,648 (both marks have since been broken)…Received her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Kent in 1988…PERSONAL: Full name is Judith Ann Dum…Born on July 9, 1965 in El Paso, Texas…Currently serving as a department head with Toys-R-Us.
