Golden Flashes Square Off Against Ohio on FSN Ohio Saturday Afternoon

The Game...
After securing a 10th straight season with 20 wins the Golden Flashes (20-5; 9-2) look to extend their lead in the MAC East this afternoon. Kent State is just the third Division I program to have won 20 games in each of the past 10 seasons and can extend their streak of 10+ Mid-American Conference win seasons to 10 straight with a victory today. The Golden Flashes are a perfect 14-0 at home this season and has won 22 of the last 23 in the M.A.C. Center. Junior guard Al Fisher scored a career high 28 points to go along with seven rebounds and seven assists on Tuesday night in a 79-66 win at Central Michigan. Kent State has won three straight and six of the last seven.
Ohio (16-8; 7-4) is coming off a 54-52 loss at Toledo on Wednesday. After a season high five game winning streak, the Bobcats have lost two of the last three, including the last two road games dropping them to 2-4 on the road in the MAC this season. Leon Williams leads the team with 16.1 points and a MAC best 10.1 rebounds per game.
Today's game features four of the top 10 rebounders in the MAC.
