Kent State basketball fans can follow head coach Rob Senderoff and the Golden Flashes like never before during the 2013-14 season.
As always, KentStateSports.com will keep fans up-to-date with all of the latest news, scores and statistics regarding the Golden Flashes. Fans are encouraged to follow the team on Twitter and to 'Like' the team's page on Facebook as well.
The GoldenFlashesTV YouTube channel is the go-to place for fans seeking video of the team. Fans can watch game highlights, press conferences and other features throughout the year. The 2013-14 Men's Basketball playlist can also be accessed by clicking on the 'Videos' tab at the top of the headline on the men's basketball page of this website.
New for this season are two additional ways to follow the Golden Flashes. Fans can follow the team on Instagram for exclusive photos and videos that will allow an inside look at practices, road trips and other non-game activities.
Finally, be sure to follow the Kent State Men's Basketball Blog, which is part of the Flash Blogs that debuted over the summer as part of the new KentStateSports.com. The blog features insight from Kent State players and coaches, giving fans a different perspective on one of the Mid-American Conference's top programs.
Kent State begins its season on Friday, Nov. 8 at 7:00 p.m. against Ohio Northern.
Men's basketball season and individual game tickets are on sale now. Fans can purchase tickets over the phone by calling 330-672-2244, in person by coming to the M.A.C. Center ticket office Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., or online by going to the Tickets page and clicking the "Buy Now" button.
All Kent State men's basketball games can be heard live on 640 WHLO and Golden Flashes Radio iHeart Radio channel. Ty Linder will bring you the play-by-play and David Carducci will join him for the second year in a row as the color analyst. Fans can listen to the iHeart Radio channel online or by downloading the iHeart Radio app on your smart phone, tablet, or other mobile device.
