Hall Signs with Hapoel Migdal Haemek

KENT, Ohio - Former Kent State University men's basketball standout Jimmy Hall has signed his second professional contract with Hapoel Migdal Haemek ofย Israel's Liga Leumit.
Hapoel Migdal Haemek resides in the Liga Leumit, the second division of Israel hoops, with promotion going to theย Israel Premier League. Haemek is coached by Nir Kaplan and has two other US college standouts, Taylor Johns and Jordan Semple. Hall joins a young squad, all of which on the roster are 25 and under.
Hall joins a team that has started the season 1-4. The promotion/relegation system will see two teams elevated to the Premier League, while the bottom two teams will be relegated to the third division,ย Liga Artzit.ย
In his three years with Kent State, Hall was as dominant as any in the Mid-American Conference. He was a three-time First Team All-MAC selection and averaged 19 points, 10.6 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.3 blocks per game during his senior season. He led the Flashes to a MAC Championship and a 14th seed in the 2017 NCAA Tournament, where Hall had 20 points and 15 rebounds against the threeย seed UCLA Bruins.
