Kent State Places 35 Student-Athletes on Outdoor Track and Field Academic All-MAC Teams

CLEVELAND – Thirty-five members of the Kent State outdoor track & field team have earned Academic All-MAC honors, as the Mid-American Conference recognized a total of 262 student-athletes for their successes in the classroom and in competition on Thursday.
The Academic All-MAC honor is for a student-athlete who has excelled in athletics and academics. To qualify, a student-athlete must have at least a 3.20 cumulative GPA and have participated in at least 50 percent of the contests for that particular sport.
