Devine Diamond to Open Friday as Kent State Softball Hosts Toledo

KENT, Ohio — The Kent State softball team will play its first games at the renovated Devine Diamond this weekend, as Toledo visits for a three-game Mid-American Conference series.
The weekend schedule has been adjusted due to forecasted weather on Sunday. The Golden Flashes and Rockets will open the series with a single contest at 3 p.m. on Friday, April 14. Saturday's doubleheader remains scheduled for a 1 p.m. first pitch.
