
Flashes Sign Anthony Morales

KENT, Ohio – The Kent State men's basketball program announced the signing of Anthony Morales to the 2024 class.Â
Morales, a graduate student from Boston University, will spend his last season of eligibility with the Flashes. Morales will graduate from Boston University with an undergraduate degree in Media Science. The Boston, Mass. native joins Deondre Jones, Jonas Nichols, and Morgan Stafford as the newest members of the Flashes. Â
The 6-8 stretch four finished the 2023-24 season averaging a personal-best 10.9 points per game and 4.3 rebounds per game in 23 minutes. Morales shot 44.5 from the field, 38.5 from the three, and 89.2 from the free throw line.Â
"We are really excited to add someone with Anthony's experience and versatility to our program," said head Coach Rob Senderoff. "Anthony has proven to be a really good three-point playmaker with tremendous versatility on both the offense and defense side of the floor."
Morales earned honors in the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll in both 2022 and 2023 for earning a 3.2+ GPA.Â
