Kent State Men’s Basketball Announces 2025-2026 Promotional Schedule

KENT, Ohio — The Kent State men's basketball team has announced its promotional schedule for an action-packed 2025-26 season at the M.A.C. Center. A diverse array of themes and special celebrations will provide memorable experiences for fans of all ages. All giveaways are while supplies last unless otherwise noted.
Troy: Home Opener (Nov. 3)
The first 2,000 fans in attendance will receive a rally towel inspired by the M.A.C. Center's new court design. The night will also include a Flashes 101 pre-game tailgate.
Cornell: I am First Gen Night (Nov. 7)
First generation college students at Kent State University will be recognized at halftime.
UNC Wilmington: Student Athlete Appreciation Night (Nov. 10)
KSU student-athletes with a 3.0 GPA or better will be honored in a halftime on-court ceremony.
Cleveland State: Mascot Mania (Nov. 22)
The first 750 fans in attendance will receive a Fearless Flash basketball logo inspired bobblehead.
Austin Peay: MACC at 75 (Dec. 3)
Throughout the game we will be celebrating the M.A.C. Center's 75th Anniversary.
Roberts Wesleyan: Kent City Schools Day (Dec. 6)
The first 1,000 fans in attendance will receive a Kent State ugly sweater beanie.
Northern Illinois: Military Appreciation Day (Jan. 3)
Join us at the M.A.C. Center as we honor our troops. The first 500 fans in attendance will receive camo MACtion t-shirts for the Mid-American Conference home opener.
Miami (OH): Powder Blue Out (Jan. 20)
The first 1,000 fans in attendance will receive replica Kent State Men's Basketball jerseys and are encouraged to wear powder blue as the Golden Flashes take on the RedHawks.
Ohio: Coaches vs. Cancer/Suits and Sneakers (Jan. 27)
The first 1,000 fans in attendance will receive white Kent State t-shirts.
Eastern Michigan: Unity Night (Feb. 11)
All Golden Flashes are invited to come together as one and celebrate unity. The first 750 fans in attendance will receive Tree City jerseys.
Central Michigan: International Night (Feb. 24)
Join us as we celebrate Kent State University's international students. The first 500 fans in attendance will receive KSU Hawaiian shirts.
Akron: Gold Out (Feb. 28)
Fans are encouraged to wear gold as we host the school down the road.
Western Michigan: Senior Night (March 6)
Join us in honoring our senior class for their contributions to our program. The first 1,000 fans in attendance will receive Kent State hockey jerseys.
