Columbus, Ohio– The Kent State Wrestling team was defeated by No. 2 Ohio State in a dual meet against the Buckeyes on the road on Thursday night by a score of 44-0.Â
Nate Roth(149), Reese Stephen(165) and Blake Schaffer(197) all kept their bouts close with losses by three points or less to the Buckeyes. The Blue and Gold were pinned just once by Two-Time defending National Champion Jesse Mendez.
