Athens, OH- The Golden Flashes fell 29-11 in the annual "Grudge Match" on Friday night.

The Flashes picked up 3 wins on the night. At 141, Jordan Decatur earned a 21-6 win by technical fall in 5:11over Prestyn Park. At 165, Carson Miller defeated Jack Lledo 3-0. At 197 lbs, Blake Schaffer defeated Austin Starr 10-8.

Kent State will be back in action on February 13 when they travel to Mount Pleasant, Michigan to take on the Central Michigan Chippewas. Wrestling will start at 7 PM and will be televised on ESPN+.
