Golden Flashes Maintain Academic Excellence with Top-25 National Ranking

Manheim, PA – The National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) has announced the 2025 NCAA Division I Men's Team Scholar All-America Awards, recognizing the top academic programs across the country.
Kent State wrestling secured the No. 25 spot with a 3.411 team GPA, continuing a strong tradition of academic success. California Baptist University earned the top ranking with a 3.7005 GPA.
This marks the 11th time in the past 12 seasons that Kent State has finished in the top 25 of the NWCA Team Scholar All-America standings. The program's best finish came in 2018, when the Golden Flashes placed second in the nation with a 3.4978 GPA.
