
Flashes Drop Road MAC Dual To Rider

Lawrenceville, New Jersey- The Kent State Wrestling team dropped a Mid-American Conference Dual Meet to the Rider Broncs Thursday on the road by a score of 28-10.
The Flashes won three matches in the bout, as Chris Earnest(165) won the first of the day for the Blue and Gold with an 8-2 Decision over Brendon Abdon(Rider).Â
Ronnie Dimmerling(184) turned in an impressive outing over JP Hangey(Rider), winning a 9-0 Major Decision. Brentan Simmerman(285) also earned a victory in his match by scoring a takedown in the final thirty seconds to secure a 5-4 win.
