2021-22 SEASON
Averaged 8.7 points and 3.9 rebounds per game... Played in 25 games, starting 24... Recorded a season-high 21 points and 10 rebounds for his first double-double as a Golden Flashes... Scored in double-digits in eight games... Ripped off five-straight double digit scoring performances from 1/25 to 2/8 to jump start the Flashes' 14-game win streak... Shot 45.5 percent (15-for-33) from beyond the arc to lead the team... Second-highest field goal percentage (.516) on the Flashes... Helped Kent State to an 18-3 Mid-American Conference record in the 21 league games he started in.
PRIOR TO KENT STATE
2020-21 SEASON (GEORGIA)
Averaged 8.7 points and 4.0 rebounds in 17.1 minutes per game over 26 outings…Recorded 11 double-figure scoring outputs and one double-digit rebounding count, leading to a double-double… Posted his first double-double as a Bulldog with team-best efforts of 15 points and 11 boards at Arkansas… Scored his 1,000th career point against South Carolina in Athens, putting up the first 780 at Stony Brook before adding the rest at Georgia.
AT STONY BROOK
Played in 77 games over three seasons, with 35 starts… Scored 780 career points, a double-digit average of 10.1 ppg, along with 414 rebounds, 86 assists and 72 steals… Posted 40 double-figure scoring outputs at Stony Brook, with five 20-point performances… Notched nine double-digit rebound counts, leading to nine double-doubles… Recorded a career-high 24 points twice – at Northern Iowa in 2018-19 and at Binghamton in 2019-20 – and a career-most 12 rebounds at Hofstra in 2019-20… Earned America East postseason accolades in both 2020 (second-team All-America East) and 2019 (Sixth Man of the Year).
2019-20 SEASON (STONY BROOK)
The only member of the Seawolves’ roster to start all 33 games… Named second-team All-America East… Notched 25 double-figure scoring outputs and six double-digit rebound counts… Posted a half-dozen double-doubles, the seventh-best single-season tally in Stony Brook history… Was the Seawolves’ third-leading scorer (438 points) while leading the team in both rebounds (220) and steals (53) and finishing second in assists (63).
2018-19 SEASON (STONY BROOK)
Logged action in all 33 games, with a pair of starts… Named the America East Conference Sixth Man of the Year… Posted 15 double-figure scoring outputs, including a career-best 24 in an upset at Northern Iowa… In his lone outing against SEC competition prior to UGA, had 11 points in an 83-81 upset at South Carolina on Nov. 9… Opened the season on a tear and was named America East Player of the Week on Nov. 26 and Dec. 31… Earned his initial POTW honor after posting his first career double-double against Molloy (20 points, 10 boards) on Nov. 21 and following that with 14 points in a 68-58 victory at Rhode Island on Nov. 24... Honored as POTW for a second time after exploding for a career-high 24 points in his first career start, a 73-63 win at Northern Iowa on Dec. 29.
2017-18 SEASON (STONY BROOK)
Played in 11 contests and averaged 2.9 ppg and 2.2 rpg in 11.0 minutes per game… Made his collegiate debut against Norfolk State on Dec. 30 after missing the first 13 games of the campaign while continuing to complete rehab from a right knee injury originally suffered during his senior season of high school.
2016-17 SEASON (STONY BROOK)
Did not participate in games and took a medical redshirt after undergoing surgery on his right knee at the beginning of the season.
HIGH SCHOOL
Coached by Tobias Ceasar as a senior and Ralph Auriantal as a junior at The Master’s School in West Simsbury, Conn.… Missed the majority of his senior season with the Panthers after suffering a right knee injury… As a junior, earned honorable mention All-State honors for Class AA after averaging 18 points and 7 rebounds per game… Played at Harlem Village Academy as a freshman and a sophomore, averaging 19.0 ppg and 6.9 rpg in 2013-14... Represented the Dominican Republic at the 2015 Nike Global Challenge… Averaged 19.3 points per game at the Nike Global Challenge and earned a spot on the 10-player All-Tourney team along with current NBA players such as Trae Young, Jarred Vanderbilt, Josh Okogie and Miles Bridges… Posted a double-double featuring a game-high 23 points and 10 rebounds against the tournament’s eventual champions, the USA Midwest squad.
