- Qualified for the 2023 NCAA Cross Country Championships, finished the 10k race in 31:11.9

- 'Ran a 24:57.71 8K at the MSU Spartan Invitational, placed 10th (9/16)
- Ran a 23:41.0 8K at the Live in Lou XC Classic, placed 10th (10/1)ON
- Ran a 23:55.6 8K at the MAC Championships, placed 7th (10/29)
- Ran a 30:07.0 10K and finished 7th at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional, setting a Kent State record for fastest 10K time by more than 30 seconds (11/11)
- Made the NCAA Championships and ran a 30:26.1 10K (11/19)

- MAC Freshman of the Year
- Won first collegiate race with a time of 25:59.54 in an 8K race at the Falcon Invitational (Oct. 16)
