2014 JUNIOR SEASON
• Appeared in 27 games with 23 starts, batting .186 with six doubles and one homerun
• Recorded 129 putouts and 25 assists behind the plate
• Had a career-high eight at-bats at Winthrop Feb. 22 with three hits
• Went 2-for-3 with a double, RBI and run scored against Youngstown State on Mar. 19
• Sole homerun on the season came on May 11 at Ball State. Went 2-for-4 with two RBI in the game
2013 SOPHOMORE SEASON
• Started 42 games out of 49 appearances, batting .231 with six doubles and 31 RBI. Had 258 Putouts with 49 assists defensively.
• Went 3-for-4 against Western Michigan May 11, recording 4 RBI.
• Had a pinch-hit double against Miami April 12, driving in the game tying run, and later scoring the go ahead run.
• Went 2-for-3 against Miami April 13, driving in 3 runs, hitting a home run and scoring a run.
2012 FRESHMAN SEASON
• Started 17 games out of 33 appearances, batting .324 with eight doubles and 11 RBI. Also had 63 putouts and nine assists defensively.
• First at-bat came at Winthrop on February 18. Drove in his first RBI on a sacrifice fly.
• Picked up first career start and hit on February 25 at Lipscomb. Went 2-for-6 in the game with two runs scored.
• Hit a bases clearing double against Pepperdine on March 18 for a career-high three RBI game.
• Got the start the next day, March 19, and went 2-for-3.
• Started both games against Pittsburgh, going a combined 4-for-7 with two doubles and 2 RBI.
• On April 22 at Central Michigan batted .500 with two doubles, a run and a RBI.
PRIOR TO KENT STATE
• First Team All-Federal League pick as a junior at Canton GlenOak High School in Canton, Ohio. Earned team's outstanding hitter and defensive player of the year awards as both a junior and a senior. Played alongside Kent State teammates T.J. Sutton and John Birkbeck.
• Helped lead the Golden Eagles to a district championship as a junior in 2010 and shares of the Federal League championship in 2010 and '11.
• Also played summer and fall baseball for the Stark County Terriers under the direction of Greg Trbovich and head coach Don Thorley.
• Also participated in basketball while at GlenOak.

• Son of Tom and Jori Monnot. Siblings are Sarah and Megan.
