Donation Request Form
Thank you for your interest in Kent State University Athletics and your request of a contribution to your organization.
All donation and autograph requests must be made through the donor request form. Donation requests will be reviewed on an individual basis to ensure compliance with NCAA regulations and resource availability. Timely submission of a donation request does not guarantee that Kent State Athletics will be able to fulfill the request.
Note: This form must be received at least three weeks in advance of the date of the event and must be in compliance with NCAA guidelines.
NCAA Guidelines:
NCAA rules prohibit Kent State from providing donations or benefits to students in 9th-12th grade, their family members, coaches, or other individuals who are associated with a prospective student-athletes. NCAA rules also preclude Kent State University from assisting in fundraisers for scholarships, high schools, or other organizations that assist prospective student-athletes.
The Kent State University athletic department, which is itself a not-for-profit organization, appreciates the importance of donations to support the work of community groups and organizations. While we cannot honor every request, we do carefully consider each.
