Directions to the Kent State Outdoor Track
For the outdoor season, the Golden Flashes move to the Kent Outdoor Track located on Loop Road behind the Kent State Ice Arena and Deweese Health Center. The stadium received a new eight-lane running surface as part of a renovation in 1994. In addition, a new javelin runway, high jump pit and steeplechase areas were added. Four new long jump runways were installed and two new shot put/discus circles were created. Elevated, handicapped-accessible bleachers are located along the straightaway.
