Kent State Leads helps cultivate and develop diverse leaders by building the personal, social, and professional leadership skills necessary for success in the athletic, academic, and professional settings for all student-athletes, coaches, and staff.
KSU Leads is also a bridge between athletics, student services, and academic units on campus by engaging in ongoing dialogue and partnerships with internal stakeholders that can lend a voice to the topic of leadership.
