Below you will find everything that you will need to make your trip to the MAC Center a fun and memorable one.
Please note: Sections I, J, K and L are reserved for Men's Basketball but General Admission for Women's Basketball.

Address and Directions:
On your GPS, search "MAC Center, Kent, OH." It is located at 1025 Risman Dr, Kent, OH 44242
Parking:
- Parking for Men's and Women's Basketball games is available at the following locations (see map):
- R-12 Lot across Summit Street for all general parking.
- Kent State Student Center Parking Lot between Summit Street and Risman Drive for Season Ticket holders with valid Parking Permit.
- R-7 Lot next to the Kent State Student Center Parking Lot
- R-11 Lot off of Midway Drive for VIP Season Ticket holders with valid Parking Permit.
- Parking is free of charge and begins when the event doors open one hour in advance of start time
- Parking spaces are available on the day of the game on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Drive lanes in parking lots must be maintained at all times.
Tickets:
Doors to the MAC Center open one hour before competition.
The Ticket Office is located in the main atrium on the south side of the MAC Center. Fans can purchase tickets on the day of the game. As a reminder, fans are strongly encouraged to skip the line and purchase their digital ticket in advance of game day. Ticket prices increase at midnight on the day of the game. Student are encouraged to claim their FREE student ticket through our digital ticketing site.Â
The Kent State student entrance is located in Lobby C.
Seating:
For Men's Basketball, Chair back seating in Sections A, B, C, D, E, and Lower Reserved seats in Sections I, J, K, L, as well as Courtside and Baseline seats are assigned seating sections. For Women's Basketball, Courtside seats are assigned seats. All other sections for basketball games are general admission seating unless posted, and are on a first-come, first-serve basis. All seating for Volleyball, Gymnastics and Wrestling are general admission unless posted, and are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Elevator access to upper general admission seats is located inside the ticketed area across from concessions between Lobbies A and C.
ADA seating are available in front of Section A. Overflow ADA seating is located on the second floor under the Loge.
Hospitality Areas and Special Events:
Access to the Scolin MacLean Lounge, Flashes Nest, the Loge, and any other designated areas for special events requires the proper credential pass or invitation. Please go to TGFC Game Hospitality for more information.
Will Call:
For Basketball, Will Call is located in Lobby A and is accessed from the Lobby A doors ONLY. Will Call is NOT accessible through the Atrium.
ADA:
ADA seating are available in front of Section A. Overflow ADA seating is located on the second floor under the Loge.
Sensory Awareness Bags are available for check out for free at the Ticket Office in the Atrium. Bags will be distributed after the parent/guardian/guest leaves a valid ID. Each bag checked out must be returned at the end of the game at the same location.
Fan Conduct:
Fans are encouraged to review the list of items that are banned inside the MAC Center. Fans are also obligated to follow the code of conduct below, any violation is subject to removal from the MAC Center.
Items Prohibited Inside the MAC Center:
- Aerosol Cans
- Alcohol (not purchased within the MAC Center)
- Animals (Disability service animals are permitted)
- Baby Strollers
- Balls
- Banners or Signs
- Beverages (not purchased within the MAC Center)
- Book Bags / Backpacks / Bags larger than 14"x14" (Cinch bags and backpack-style purses, diaper bags and camera bags are permissible; All bags are subject to inspection)
- Bottles, Containers or Thermoses
- Commercial video/audio equipment and tripods
- Drugs
- Fireworks
- Flags
- Food / Beverages (Baby food, formula and/or snacks are permitted if accompanied by an infant; Reasonable quantities of allergy or health-related needs are permitted)
- Hoverboards/Skateboards
- Frisbees
- Ice Chests / Coolers
- Laser Pointers
- Noisemakers including musical instruments and amplified noisemakers such as bullhorns, air horns, etc. (Non-amplified noisemakers such as cow bells, thunder sticks, vuvuzela horns, etc. are permitted)
- Picnic Baskets
- TV/Radio without Headphones
- Weapons (Including Pepper Spray and knives/blades of any length)
- Any Item(s) Deemed Hazardous by Game Management / Security / Police
Fans are Subject to Ejection from the MAC Center if you:
- Throw objects into the competition area
- Demonstrate unruly behavior
- Attempt to enter the court
- Endanger fans around you
- Taunt student-athletes, coaches or officials
- Smuggle alcohol into the MAC Center
Concessions:
Concessions are available inside the ticket area between Lobbies A and C for Men's and Women's Basketball. Concessions are cashless at the MAC Center. Alcohol is available to purchase and consume in the MAC Center for fans 21 years of age or older with a valid photo ID during Men's Basketball games. Alcohol will not be allowed into or out of the stadium.
Restrooms:
Restrooms are available in Lobbies A, B and C. (see map)
Lost and Found:
If you have misplaced an item on game day, please go to the Ticket Office in the Atrium or call the main line at 330-672-4455 and leave a message. Any items not picked up within 48 hours of the event are turned in to campus police. Their number is 330-672-2212.
