As Wi-Fi connections and cellular service can be unreliable, we strongly encourage our fans to save your ticket to your Apple Wallet. This will make your entrance into the facility quicker and easier.

There's no need to print this screen to use your mobile ticket.

Viewing (Android)

	Step 1: From your smartphone's internet browser or email app, open your email from Kent State University Tickets (Tickets@kent.edu), click the link for the event you purchased.
	Step 2: After clicking, it will bring up the screen below, click “Add to Google Wallet” at the bottom of the screen.
	Step 3: Click the “Add” button located in the right corner of the screen.
	Step 4: Your tickets have now been added to your Google Wallet, click “View in Wallet” to bring up your ticket(s).
	Step 5: Your tickets will appear in full after you click the icon.

	Step 1: Click the three lines in the upper left corner of the screen and select “my tickets”
	Step 2: Select “transfer”
	Step 3: Select the tickets you would like the transfer
	Step 4: Enter the individuals information
	Step 5: Review the transfer details and select “transfer”
	Step 6: Review transfer summary

	Step 1: Login and click your account profile.
	Step 2: Select “transfer”.
	Step 3: Select the tickets you would like to transfer.
	Step 4: Enter the individual's information and click “transfer tickets”.
	Step 5: Review the transfer summary information.

	Step 1: Select “Enter Promo Code” in the top right corner of the screen.
	Step 2: Enter the promo code that was given to you.
	Step 3: Select “Buy Now”
	Step 4: Add the number of tickets to your cart
	Step 5: Select “text my tickets” and enter your phone number then complete the order

	Step 1: Go to KSUTix.com and use you KSU login to sign in
	Step 2: Click on “Student Tickets”
	Step 3: Click on “Athletics Student Tickets”
	Step 4: Select the event you would like to attend
	Step 5: Add one ticket to your cart
	Step 6: Proceed to checkout, enter all necessary information, and click “I also want my tickets via text message”
	Step 7: Click on the link sent via text
	Step 8: Select “Add to Apple Wallet”
	Step 9: Add your tickets to your device's wallet

	Step 1: Go to KSUTix.com and select “Kent State Athletics”
	Step 2: Click on the three lines in the top left corner
	Step 3: Select “Season Renewals”
	Step 4: Click on the season renewal application.
	Step 5: Add your desired tickets to your cart.
	Step 5: Proceed to checkout.

	Step 1: Log into your ticketing account through KSUTix.com, once logged in click “Kent State Athletics”.
	Step 2: Click on the “Season Renewals”.
	Step 3: Click on “New Application” to being your renew application.
	Step 4: Your season ticket options will appear, those who choose the chairback option will be able to choose their seat(s). General administration seats are on a first-come, first serve basis on game day.
	Step 5: Select your tickets and add to cart.
	Step 6: Select your delivery method and proceed to checkout.

To add your ticket to your Apple Wallet, click the ADD button in the top right corner of the screen.

STEP 4:

Your ticket is now in your Apple Wallet, to access the full ticket, click on the ticket at the bottom of the screen.

STEP 5:

Your ticket will appear in full after you click the icon.
