2011 Junior Season
• Named to All-Mid-American Conference Second Team
• Finished second on the team with 83 tackles and third on the team in sacks (3.5) and tackles for loss (9.5)
• Made first start aginst Louisiana, recording a sack for a safety, two tackles for loss, seven total stops, four solo tackles and a QB hurry
• Led the team with 10 tackles against South Alabama, including seven solo stops, one sack and two tackles for loss
• Named MAC East Defensive Player of the Week after leading both sides with 12 tackles at Ohio. Added a sack and a forced fumble against the Bobcats
• Led both sides with 10 tackles against Miami, adding a fumble recovery and a pass breakup
• Named to Phil Steele's All-MAC Third Team and Midseason All-MAC Second Team
• Named to OhioCollegeFootball.com All-Ohio Second Team
Prior to Kent State
• Defensive captain at Palomar Community College
• Posted 47 tackles (27 solo), two tackles for loss and a blocked kick in nine games in 2010
• Recorded 10 stops in the final game of the season
• Coached by Joe Early at Palomar
• Was first team all-league and defensive MVP his senior season at El Camino High School
• Also played basketball, volleyball and rugby.
