2016 SENIOR SEASON
• Played in 22 games with nine starts
• Collected three hits with 2 RBI
• Also stole one base and had three sacrifices
2015 JUNIOR SEASON
• Limited to 10 games and 9 starts due to injury
• Batted .297 with 2 doubles, 1 triple and 7 RBI. Was also a perfect 7-for-7 with stolen bases
• Was perfect at the plate in game two on February 14 at Winthrop. Went 4-for-4 with two runs, 1 double, 3 RBI and 3 stolen bases
• Went 2-for-4 against nationally-ranked Illinois on March 1 with a double
2014 SOPHOMORE SEASON
• Appeared in 27 games with 9 starts. Batted .233 with one double and nine stolen bases
• Had back-to-back two-hit games at Winthrop Feb. 21 and 22. Also scored two runs in both games
• Also had two walks and two stolen bases on Feb. 22
• Stole two bases against Malone on Apr. 23
2013 FRESHMAN SEASON
• Played 20 games with first career start on April 23 versus Youngstown State
• Had best career game against Niagara on April 17. Had two hits in two at-bats with two RBI on a double and a single
• Finished with four stolen bases on the season
2012 SEASON
• Redshirted
PRIOR TO KENT STATE
• Three-year letter winner at Elyria High School under head coach Mike Brandyberry. Was named Mr. Baseball for Lorain County after his senior year. Made All-Morning Journal First Team, All-Lorain County First Team and All-Northeast Ohio First Team as a junior.
• Also lettered two years in football, one year in bowling and three year in choir.
• Played summer ball for the Northcoast Vipers (2011) and Lorain Ironmen (2012).
PERSONAL
• Born December 16, 1992 in Elyria, Ohio.
•Parents are Mark Neuschaefer and Tracy Diedrick. Siblings are Noah, Luke, Nolan, Chris, Sean, Leah, Sara, Jessica, Amy and Nikki. Brother Chris attened Kent State from 2008-2011. Brother Nolan plays baseball at Baldwin Wallace.
• Enjoys fishing, camping, traveling and working out.
• Lists his mother as the person he admires most for always being positive and optimistic.
• Is creeped out by swimming in open water
• Pre-game ritual is saying a prayer
• Would like to visit Hawaii
