2024-25 SEASON
Was named All-MAC First Team…was named to the Preseason All-MAC First Team…started and played in 35 games averaging 29.5 minutes per game…scored 503 points and led the Golden Flashes in average points per game for most of the season finishing at 14.4…led the roster most of the season in steals finishing with 43 and averaging 1.2 per game…racked up 65 assists, nine blocks, and 129 rebounds…recorded a double-double at NIU on Jan. 7 dropping a career high 31 points while pulling in 10 rebounds…finished his Kent State career as the all-time program leader in games played with 142 total appearances, and 13th all-time in scoring with 1,347 points.
2023-24 SEASON
Appeared in 33 games, making 25 starts…Scored a career-high 26 points and 12 rebounds against Toledo on 3/14… Averaged 13.6 points per game and 5.0 rebounds per game…Davis shot 48.3 percent from the field…recorded 27 double-digit games..Named All-MAC honorable mention and MAC Tournament Team.
2022-23 SEASON
Appeared in 34 games, starting the final 11 games of the season…Scored a career-high 21 points against Western Michigan on 2/14… Averaged 6.7 points per game and 3.5 rebounds per game.
2021-22 SEASON
Appeared in 29 games, starting the final 19 games of the season... Earned his first career start against Akron on 1/14... Scored a career-high 17 points against Bowling Green on 1/29... Averaged 4.9 points per game and 2.7 rebounds per game... Recorded five double-digit performances on the season... Posted his first career double-double with 10 points and 10 boards on 11/16 against Oberlin... Helped the Flashes to a 16-3 record in games he started... Started every game during the 14-game win streak.
2020-21 SEASON
Appeared in 11 games as a freshman... Recorded a career-high 5 points in his collegiate debut against Point Park (12/2)... Grabbed a career-high 4 rebounds in four different games... Finished the season with 18 points and 19 rebounds while shooting 47.1% from the field.
PRIOR TO KENT STATE
Played at Walnut Ridge High School… In his freshman season, Davis averaged around 16 points and six rebounds per game… In his sophomore year, he averaged 22 points and seven rebounds a night… In his junior year, he averaged 27.5 points and 11.6 rebounds and earned First Team All-Ohio honors… Ended his senior season averaging 26.9 points and 11 rebounds while shooting better than 50 percent from the floor… Closed his High School career with 2,201 points to rank 25th all-time in OHSAA history… Won the 2020 All-Ohio Mr. Basketball award …Fourth City League player to win Mr. Basketball and make first-team All-City four times… First Mr. Basketball award recipient to play at Kent State.
