2009 Junior Season Highlights
•Competed in three meets.
•Ran a personal season-best 26:59.5 in the MAC Championships (10/31).
Prior to Kent State
•Transferred from Ohio State after spending freshman (2007) and sophomore (2008) seasons with the Buckeyes.
•Posted a PR of 25:04 at the Pre National Meet in 2007.
•Named Big Ten Runner of the Week as a freshman following a seventh-place finish in the All-Ohio Championships in which he clocked a time of 26:41.2.
•Helped Cortland Maplewood High School to the Ohio cross country state crown with an individual championship in 2005.
•Member of the 2005 Ohio 4x800-meter relay title team for the Rockets and was part of the 2007 Ohio Division III state runner-up 4x8 relay team, which timed in at 9:22.54.
