2008-09 Freshman Season
Cross Country - Her season personal-best time was an 18:41.02 at the Mel Brodt Invitational.
Indoor Track and Field - Recorded the team's all-time top time in the mile run by clocking a 4:49.03 at the Alex Wilson Invitational...posted the team's second-best 800-meter run time of the season and ninth-best all-time at the Akron Dual, a 2:14.14.
Outdoor Track and Field - Clocked the team's best 1,500-meter run time of the season and fifth-fastest all-time with a 4:29.68-finish...posted the team's second-best 800-meter finish of the season, clocking a 2:11.57 at the Campbell-Wright Open...earned Second-Team All-MAC honors courtesy of a second-place time of 4:31.11 at the MAC Championships...also finished fifth in the 800-meter run at the conference finals with a 2:12.98-finish.
Prior to Kent State
Received All-Ohio honors and won three regional championship as a senior at John F. Kennedy High School…crowned as a state champion in the 800 meters as a junior when she set the Division III state record with a time of 2:12.39…she topped that mark the next season at the 2008 Ohio State High School Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a mark of 2:12.32…also earned a regional championship that same season…won regional championships in the 800 meters as a senior and a sophomore…won four invitationals and two Suburban League meets in 2008…in the process, she broke the school record in the 5,000 meters seven times, reducing the mark from 21:49 to 19:20…in 2007, she became the first girl from JFKHS to qualify for the Ohio State Cross Country Championship Meet where she finished 24th with a time of 19:24.99…earned four letters in both cross country and track and field.
