Cross Country - Recorded a season personal-best time at the MAC Championships by clocking a 27:02.6.

Indoor Track and Field Season - Posted a season personal-best time of 1:55.49 in the 800-meter run at the Akron Open.

Outdoor Track and Field - Season personal-best time in the 800-meter run came at the All-Ohio Championships where he clocked a 1:56.25.

2007-08 Freshman Season

Cross Country - Timed in at 27:40.3 at the MACChampionships…finished 60th at the Falcon Invitational in 27:16.8…took175th (28:00) at the Notre Dame Invitational…placed 19th at the LockHaven Invitational with a time of 33:15…clocked a 16:42 for 32nd at theKent State Short Course Relays.

Indoor Track and Field Season - Ran a season-best 51.73 in the 400 meters at theEastern Michigan Classic…notched a season-best 1:55.37 in the 800meters at the Kent State Tune-Up…ran a season-best 4:28.10 in the mileat the Youngstown State Dual.

Outdoor Track and Field - Recorded a season-best 1:55.22 in the 800 meters at the Mid-American Conference Championships…ran a season-best 4:15.23 in the 1,500 meters at the Akron Quad.

Prior to Kent State

Personal best in the 800 meters is 1:50.83…personal-best in the 1,600 meters is 3:53…finished second in the 400 meters at districts and third in the hammer throw at nationals as a senior at Baringo High School.
