Cross Country
• Best time of the season was an 18:40.5 at the MACChampionships.
Indoor Track and Field
• Recorded the team’s best 800-meter run time of theseason with a 2:06.95 at the Alex Wilson Invitational, rankingthird in school history
• Won the 600-meter run with a season personal-best time of1:32.22 at the Kent State Tune-Up
• Posted a season personal-best time in the mile run at theAkron Dual with a 5:01.69-finish
• Won the 1,000-meter run with a time of 2:52.65 at theGolden Flash Gala, her best time of the season
• Named Academic All-MAC Honorable Mention.
Outdoor Track and Field
• Qualified for the NCAA Mid-East Regional three times inthe 800-meter run
• Finished 21st in the preliminary round of the 800-meterrun at regionals with a time of 2:12.67
• Set a new meet record and qualified for regionals in the800-meter run at the Jesse Owens Classic with a time of 2:06.78,the team’s best of season and third-best all-time
• Garnered MAC Women’s Track Athlete of the Weekrecognition for her performance at the Jesse Owens
• Won the 800-meter run with a 2:07.31 at the All-OhioChampionships

2007-08 Sophomore Season
Indoor Track and Field
• Ran the third leg of the Golden Flashes’ distancemedley relay team that finished second at the MAC Championshipswith a time of 11:51.90
• Won the women’s 800 meters at the Akron Dual (1/25)with a time of 2:12.18
• Finished second in the women’s 800 meters at the2008 MAC Championships with a time of 2:12.89
• Selected to the 2008 All-MAC Second Team
• Also received all-conference honors as a member of KentState’s women’s 4x400 meter relay team that placedfifth with a time of 3:54.70 at the MAC Championships
• Recorded a season-best 57.93 in the 400 meters at theEastern Michigan Classic.
Outdoor Track and Field
• Finished 15th in the 800 meters at the 2008 NCAA DivisionI Outdoor Track and Field Mid-East Regionals with a time of2:10.09
• Won the 800 meters at the All-Ohio Championships in2:11.08
• Brought home top honors in the women’s 800 meterswith a time of 2:10.94 at the 2008 MAC Championships

2006-07 Freshman Season
Indoor Track and Field
• Placed 14th in the 800 meters at the MAC Championshipswith a time of 2:19.24
• Was 28th in the 800 meters at the Sykes-Sabock ChallengeCup in a time of 2:20.53
• Recorded a fourth place finish in the 800 meters at theAkron Dual in 2:21.90
• Notched her best finish of the season in a tie for 3rd inthe 800 meters at the Youngstown State Dual in a time of2:22.56
• At the Doug Raymond Invitational, she placed 6th in themile in a time of 5:36.32
• Took seventh in the 1000 meters at the Golden Flash Galain a time of 3:08.51.
During the Outdoor Season
• Finished fifth in the 800 meters with a season-best timeof 2:13.12 at the MAC Championships
• Notched a time of 2:15.69 in the 800 at the All-OhioChampionship
• Placed fifth in the 1,500 meters (5:02.95) at theNortheast Ohio Quad Meet
• Finished 20th in the 800 meters (2:20.83) at the ArizonaState Clif Bar Invitational
• Ran the third leg of Kent State’s 4x400 meter relayteam at the Arizona State Clif Bar Invitational
• Placed fourth in the 400 meters (58.41) at theCampbell/Wright Open
• Ran the opening leg of KSU’s third-place 4x400meter relay team (3:44.88) at the MAC Championships.
Prior to Kent State
• Set numerous records at Highland High School
• Three-time district champion in the 800 meters for theHornets
• Placed sixth in the 800 meters in Division I as a seniorat Highland High School
• Division II Ohio State runner-up in the 800 meters as ajunior with the Hornets
• Established career-bests in the 400 meters (57.8), 800meters (2:14.5), mile (6.00) and 5,000 meters (22:40)
• Record-holder in the 800 meters as well as the 4x400meter relay (3:59), 4x200 meter relay and 4x800 meter relay(9:42)
• Also lettered in volleyball and cross country at HHS.
