2008-09 Sophomore Season

Cross Country – Best time of the season was an 18:09.7 at the MAC Championships…was KSU’s top finisher in five meets…won the Kent State Short Course Open in 14:59.23…took fifth place at the Mel Brodt Invitational in 18:34.29…secured ninth place at the Iona Meet of Champions with a time of 22:24.4.

Indoor Track and Field – Owned the team’s top 5,000-meter run time of the season by clocking a 17:48.68 at the MAC Championships, ranking ninth fastest in school history…her season personal-best 3,000-meter run finish was a 10:11.16 at the Akron Dual…timed in at 5:10.16 in the mile run at the Kent State Tune-Up, her best of the season.

Outdoor Track and Field – Posted the team’s best 5,000-meter run finish of the season at the Reebok Raleigh Relays with a time of 17:51.09…clocked a season personal-best time of 4:44.10 in the 1,500-meter run at the All-Ohio Championships...crossed the finish line in the 10,000-meter invite at the Gina Relays in 37:38.22.

2007-08 Freshman Season

Indoor Track and Field - Redshirted.

Outdoor Track and Field - Ran a season-best time of 19:26.36 in the 5,000 meters at the Duke Invitational.

Prior to Kent State

Named an All-American in the 5,000 meters as a senior…selected to the All-State cross country and track and field teams her final two years at Cedar Cliff High School…member of four-time Mid-Penn Conference championship track and field teams and two-time District III cross country champs at CCHS…Cedar Cliffs was undefeated in track and field during her four seasons…received all-district honors as a freshman, sophomore and junior in both track and cross country for Cedar Cliff…lettered in track (four times) and cross country (three times).

Born Aug. 5, 1989…daughter of Randy and Cheryl Meholick…member of the Cumberland Valley Athletic Club…volunteers with the Girl Scouts of America…majoring in broadcast journalism with a minor in political science.
