2008-09 Sophomore Season
Cross Country – Posted her best time of season at the MAC Championships with a 18:16.5-finish…received Academic All-MAC Honorable Mention.
Indoor – Secured the team’s second-best 5,000-meter run time of the season by clocking a 18:19.47 at the MAC Championships…time of 10:35.41 at the Akron Dual was a season personal-best in the 3,000-meter run…finished the mile run in 5:18.01 at the Akron Open, her best time of the season.
Outdoor – Season personal-best finish in the 1,500-meter run was a 4:58.43 at the Campbell-Wright Open…timed in at 38:34.59 in the 10,000-meter run at the MAC Championships, a season personal best.
2007-08 Freshman Season
Indoor Track and Field - Placed18th in the 5,000 meters with a time of 18:32.17 at the 2008 MACChampionships…registered a team season-best 18:12.39 in the 5,000meters at the Sykes-Sabock Challenge…recorded a season-best 10:23.50 inthe 3,000 meters at the Ohio University Dual… ran a season-best 5:14.25in the mile at the Akron Dual.
Outdoor Track and Field - Finished 15th in the 10,000 meters at the 2008 MAC Championships with a time of 38:20…also placed 22nd in the 5,000 meters (19:03.35) at the same meet…ran a season-best in the 1,500 meters (5:02.84) at the Akron Quad…recorded a season-best in the 5,000 meters (18:43.14) at the Jesse Owens Classic.
Prior to Kent State
Earned All-State, All-Stark County, All-NBC and Academic All-Ohio honors her final three years at Marlington High School…also received all-league honors as a freshman…four-time state qualifier in cross country…member of two-time NBC cross country championship teams with the Dukes…also a member of league and school record holder in the 4x800 in 2006…member of the 2006 NBC Track Championship team…selected as a Wendy’s High School Heisman at MHS…lettered in cross country, track and basketball at Marlington.
