Cross Country - Did not compete.
Indoor Track and Field - Recorded a season personal-best time of 4:23.45 in the mile run at the Golden Flash Gala.
Outdoor Track and Field - Did not compete.
Prior to Kent State
Received Academic All-Ohio honors as a senior at Stow-Munroe Falls High School…also received all-region honors and was a member of the SMFHS Northeast Ohio Conference River Division Cross Country Champions that same season for the Bulldogs…set the school record in the 1,600 meters with a time of 4:13.00…career-best in the 5K is 15:50.69…established personal-bests in the 800 meters (1:58.45) and 3,200 meters (9:28.00) for the Bulldogs…played basketball for three seasons before switching to distance running…crowned a regional champion in the 1,600 and placed third overall in the 3,200 meters as a senior…earned two letters in track and field and one in cross country.

Born Feb. 25, 1990…son of Bob and Mary Ellen Heller…father, who is Kent State’s Senior Associate Athletic Director, was a four-year athlete in cross country and track and field at Kutztown State…older brother and sister also attended Kent State…undecided on a major.
