2008-09 Sophomore Season

Cross Country – Finish of 28:06.07 at the Mel Brodt Invitational was his best of the season.

Indoor Track and Field – Did not compete.

Outdoor Track and Field – Did not compete.

2007-08 Freshman Season

Indoor Track and Field - Registered the best time forthe Golden Flashes when he finished fifth in the men’s 800 meters atthe 2008 MAC Championships with a time of 1:58.01…ran a season-best1:54.05 in the 800 meters at the Ohio State Dual…recorded a season-besttime of 4:18.31 in the mile at the Youngstown State Dual.

Outdoor Track and Field - Ran a season-best 1:56.72 in the 800 meters at the Akron Quad…recorded a season-best time of 9:34.00 in the steeplechase at the Duke Invitational.

Prior to Kent State

Member of back-to-back state championship cross country teams (2004 and 2005) at Salem High...crowned OHSAA State Champion and set the state record in the 800 meters...earned all-state honors in cross country three times and in track twice in the 4x800 relay...earned four letters in track and cross country at SHS.
