Hill is a four-year varsity starting cornerback out of the northeast Atlanta suburb of Hoschton, Georgia and Mill Creek High School. Prior to his junior season, Hill earned an invite to the National Recruiting Combine. As a result, he earned a three-star recruiting rating from several recruiting outlets and had nearly 20 Division-I offers.
