Director of Player Development

Randal Holt was named Director of Player Development in September, 2018.

Holt will serve as the Golden Flashes’ director of player development. He played guard for the Flashes from 2009-13 and made two MAC semifinals appearances. Holt ranks first in program history with 247 career 3-pointers. The Cleveland Glenville High School product averaged 14.7 points while leading Kent State to a 21-14 record as a senior in 2012-13, sinking 83 3-pointers while shooting 39 percent from distance.

After his senior year, Holt went on to play professional basketball overseas with Orange Academy Ratiopharm (2014-15) and the Dresden Titans (2015-17).
