PRIOR TO KENT STATE: Baxter finished as three-time place winner at states, finishing 5th once and was a runner-up twice. He won 181 matches during his time wrestling for Clinton, helping them to two team state titles. Won the County All-Star wrestling tournament as a senior at 140 pounds.
