Amanda Dixon was hired in December of 2024 as the Athletic Trainer responsible for working with the softball team and assisting with the football team.
Amanda came to Kent State after working at West Virginia University for over two years. While at WVU, she was a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer for the women's rowing team and then was hired full time in June 2024. She also spent time with the men's and women's swimming and diving, and volleyball programs throughout her time at WVU.
Amanda is a Kent State alum, graduating with her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training in May of 2022. She got her Master of Science in Sport Management from West Virginia University.
