Carmen Roberts currently serves as the Director of Budget and Financial Analysis for Athletics and the regional campuses.
As a dedicated public administrator with over 15 years of experience managing financial and business operations for government agencies and higher education institutions, Roberts brings a deep commitment to serving the community and driving positive change.
Roberts holds a Masters of Public Administration and a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Kent State University, along with a B.S. in Accounting from Westminster College (PA). During his time at Westminster, he was also a student-athlete, competing as a member of the men's soccer team, a formative experience that shaped his collaborative spirit and dedication to excellence both on and off the field.
